Hey I'm Jaron
I founded the Get A-List Fit Method. I know what it’s like to feel super frustrated because you have no time to focus on working out and eating right, and you just don’t know where to start.
When I was an actor living in NYC, I was running around from audition to audition. Everything was great except... I was sick all the time, I wasn’t happy with how I looked, and I wasn’t booking work because I had pretty low self esteem.
I felt that my health and physique weren’t a reflection of the roles that I wanted, but every time I tried to make a change, something would come up and I’d get derailed.
It stayed like this for a couple of years until I got so frustrated with myself, that I decided “I’m going to get in shape - once and for all- period. The End!”
It turns out that was the kick in the ass I needed because over the next 12 months, I gained 10lbs of muscle, and reshaped my body.

PHASE 1: MINDSET
If you want a lasting change, you need to do the 'inner work' along the way.
Building confidence, finding self-acceptance, and upgrading your life all start with your mindset.
We uncover the root cause of your procrastination, perfectionism, and other bad habits and patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals.
You'll learn my signature Quantum Leap Programming to rewire your thinking so you can start working towards your goals like a boss!
PHASE 2: TRAINING
Let's get you RESULTS in the most effcient way possible.
I'll share with you my signature workout style to help you build lean muscle and shed stubborn body fat.
Plus, while you're working your way through the exercise program I've built for you...
I'll teach you exactly WHY you're doing WHAT you're doing, so that you can become your own coach, and feel super confident in the gym.
I want to help you GET results and also KEEP those results. 💪😉
PHASE 3: NUTRITION
In this phase, you'll learn how to get results while still eating the foods you love.
Restrictive diets DO NOT work. I believe in balance when it comes your food choices.
I'll teach you how to make dieting flexible, so that you can go out and enjoy yourself.
We'll cover how to stock your fridge, how to meal prep when you're on the go, which supplements are best, and how to find freedom with your nutrition.
PHASE 4: LIFESTYLE + HABITS
Want to make sure you never 'fall off the wagon' again? Duh of course you do!
In Phase 4, I'll teach you how to continue your progress even after we're done working together...aka long-term progress, always!
