HOW IT WORKS
When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your ultimate fitness goals. From there, I'll develop a customized workout and nutrition plan. Then during our 90 days together, I'll walk you through the following phases:
PHASE 1: YOUR FITNESS EVOLUTION
In Week 1, we break down the entire process of getting results and KEEPING results. I'll walk you through what to expect during your fitness evolution, and help you gain clarity on what to focus on in order to be successful.
PHASE 2: MASTERING YOUR MINDSET
We uncover the root cause of your procrastination, perfectionism, and other bad habits and patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. You'll learn my signature Quantum Leap Programming to rewire your thinking so you can start working towards your goals like a boss!
PHASE 3: NUTRITION
In this phase, you'll learn how to get results while still eating the foods you love. I'll teach you how to make dieting flexible, so that you can go out and enjoy yourself. We'll cover how to stock your fridge, which supplements are best, and how to find freedom with your nutrition.
PHASE 4: TRAINING
While you're working your way through the exercise program I've built for you, I'll teach you exactly WHY you're doing WHAT you're doing, so that you can become your own coach, and feel super confident in the gym.
PHASE 5: LIFESTYLE
Want to make sure you never 'fall off the wagon' again? Duh of course you do! In Phase 5, I'll teach you how to continue your progress even after we're done working together...aka long term progress, always! I'll help you establish consistency in your life and help you create habits for ultimate success.
