HERE’S THE PROBLEM

 Here's why it's so hard for actors and performers to get results:

  • Actors are constantly running around every day with very little time to eat - let alone get to the gym.

  • Actors have to stay up late to work on their sides, and then wake up super early to run to an audition then back to their survival job, trying to fit the gym in at night, and feeling too exhausted to make it happen.

  • With all these fad diets out there, they have no clue what types of food they should be eating, and what diet plan actually works.

  • They feel pretty lost when it comes to working out. They're not comfortable in the gym and they're getting frustrated feeling like you're just faking it and getting by with “eh” physique.

  • They're constantly questioning if what they are doing is even working for them.

  • They're missing structure and accountability from someone who understands what their life looks like.

  • Eventually, actors start feeling guilty about how they've neglected their health and get random bursts of motivation to do something about it. But then they fall off the wagon a couple weeks later.

And after a while, these actors give up. And I don’t blame them!

Fitness and nutrition is confusing. And knowing that they could be feel better, stronger, and more energized if they only had some structure... is soul-crushing!

But it DOES NOT have to be this way!

HI I’M JARON

 Hi! I'm Jaron, and I founded the Get A-List Fit Method. I know what it’s like to feel super frustrated because you have no time to focus on working out and eating right, and you just don’t know where to start.

When I was an actor living in NYC, I was running around from audition to audition. Everything was great except... I was sick all the time, I wasn’t happy with how I looked, and I wasn’t booking work because I had pretty low self esteem.

I felt that my health and physique weren’t a reflection of the roles that I wanted, but every time I tried to make a change, something would come up and I’d get derailed.

It stayed like this for a couple of years until I got so frustrated with myself, that I decided “I’m going to get in shape - once and for all- period. The End!”

It turns out that was the kick in the ass I needed because over the next 12 months, I gained 10lbs of muscle, and reshaped my body.

I felt so good that I actually created an entire method so I could help other actors in the same spot I was in 7 years ago.

HOW IT WORKS

 When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your ultimate fitness goals. From there, I'll develop a customized workout and nutrition plan. Then during our 90 days together, I'll walk you through the following phases:

PHASE 1: YOUR FITNESS EVOLUTION

In Week 1, we break down the entire process of getting results and KEEPING results. I'll walk you through what to expect during your fitness evolution, and help you gain clarity on what to focus on in order to be successful.

PHASE 2: MASTERING YOUR MINDSET

We uncover the root cause of your procrastination, perfectionism, and other bad habits and patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. You'll learn my signature Quantum Leap Programming to rewire your thinking so you can start working towards your goals like a boss!


PHASE 3: NUTRITION

In this phase, you'll learn how to get results while still eating the foods you love. I'll teach you how to make dieting flexible, so that you can go out and enjoy yourself. We'll cover how to stock your fridge, which supplements are best, and how to find freedom with your nutrition.


PHASE 4: TRAINING

While you're working your way through the exercise program I've built for you, I'll teach you exactly WHY you're doing WHAT you're doing, so that you can become your own coach, and feel super confident in the gym.


PHASE 5: LIFESTYLE

Want to make sure you never 'fall off the wagon' again? Duh of course you do! In Phase 5, I'll teach you how to continue your progress even after we're done working together...aka long term progress, always! I'll help you establish consistency in your life and help you create habits for ultimate success.
