Its true what they say. Abs are made in the kitchen.

Getting a six-pack is 80% diet and 20% working out. Now that you've been living with the A-List 8:Bottom Line Principles to Eat By, it's time to start working those abs!

Here is one of my favorite AB workouts. Watch the video below.

Here are the details...

  • 25 Standard Crunches
  • 25 Hip-Ups (I did one more for good luck.)
  • 25 Bicycles (Right side, Left side = 1 rep)

Keep your elbows as flat to the ground as possible. You are only supporting your neck lightly. Make sure you don't hunch you neck. The movement is coming from your abs.

For the bicycle crunches, aim for a full twisting motion with every rep.

Take a quick 60-90 second rest, then repeat the ab circuit 3-4 times. 

Do this workout 3 times a week to start. Then you can try this every other day, or even every day as a great core warm-up. 

Keep pushing yourself past your limits.
