This is the season for sugar. It's everywhere. Every holiday party. Every family meal. Every store with free samples. It's hard to escape those christmas cookies. But I'm here to reassure you that I've discovered something just as delicious to eat as a treat, but without the guilt and sugar rush.
I found a new favorite sweet treat that is actually pretty good for you. And it’s super easy to make. Follow the directions below.
Protein Brownie in a Mug!
Mix ingredients into a microwavable mug.
1 scoop of Protein Powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
3 tsp of water or almond milk
Heat for 60-90 seconds. Let cool and enjoy!
