There is one common mistake I see happening in the gym, and we're all guilty of it sometimes. Watch on to find out what you need to avoid to see results.

 

Now, be honest. Do you sometimes lose focus when you're working out? It's so easy to get distracted. And I'm totally guilty of getting side tracked too. 

My recommendation is to keep focused. Your time at the gym is the perfect place to be selfish. Get it. Get out. Stay focused and see results.
