Here’s a quick and powerful way to start your day.

 

Every once in a while, I get the crazy urge to workout first thing in the morning.  I find that when I get my heart rate up, as soon as I roll out of bed, the fat burning effects last all day. I’ll feel more energized. I’ll feel more motivated. And I’ll feel more accomplished.
