Hey I’m Jaron!
I know what it’s like to feel super frustrated because you have no time to focus on working out and eating right, and you just don’t know where to start.
6 years ago, I was an actor living in NYC, running around from audition to audition. Everything was great except... I was sick all the time, I wasn’t happy with how I looked, and I wasn’t booking work because I had pretty low self esteem.
I felt that my health and physique weren’t a reflection of the roles that I wanted, but every time I tried to make a change, something would come up and I’d get derailed.
It stayed like this for a couple of years until I got so frustrated with myself, that I decided “I’m going to get in shape - once and for all- period. The End!”
It turns out that was the kick in the ass I needed because over the next 12 months, I gained 10lbs of muscle, and reshaped my body.
I felt so good that I actually created an entire method so I could help other actors in the same spot I was in 6 years ago.
Calling All Actors, Singers, Dancers:
You’re a storyteller, you’re an artist, you’re a passionate individual pursuing your dream, while juggling a few different projects.
You’re super busy working on different gigs, you don’t have a lot of time to focus on eating right, and working out, but you know it’s suuuuper important to stay in shape, build lean muscle, lose weight, and stay healthy so you can perform at your best.
You have a demanding job (or jobs!), have very little time for messing around, need to know exactly what to do on a daily basis to be successful, and want someone to hold you accountable.
I get you.
After being in the professional theater industry for over 10 years...
I know what it’s like to be busy actor and artist. Not a lot of coaches out there will be able to understand what your life looks like the way I do. #ActorLife lol
I know what it’s like stay up late to work on audition sides, and then wake up super early to run to a callback, then to rehearsal, before you call time for the show you’re in… all while trying to fit the gym in at night, and feeling too exhausted to make it happen.
Eventually, you start feeling guilty about how you’ve neglected your health and get random bursts of motivation to do something about it. Then you fall off the wagon a couple weeks later. I did this for years! You are not alone!
The truth is, I was never able to become successful until I got support and maybe you are realizing the same thing.
At the end of the day, what makes me different, is that I truly know where you are coming from.
